For the last two years I helped shape the UX for MOO’s business services platform. A lot of MOO’s customers are SMEs for which ordering business stationery is a calamity. This lovingly crafted platform enables bulk creation making it super easy for administrators and employees to buy business cards, letterheads etc.
As well as leading the visual design I honed the user experience. Producing user journeys, wireframes, Axure prototypes, running validation tests and experience maps. Collaborating with the team of MOO UX researchers we used real customer personas to drive our decisions. Working in an Agile way with a super smart team of developers we created an amazing product we’re all immensely proud of.
